LIMITED
WARRANTY POLICY
Wultrad,
Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that the instrument is free from
manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year
from the date of purchase. The instrument must be returned with proof of the
date of purchase and serial number.
An instrument that fails to conform to this warranty will be repaired or replaced at Wultrad, Inc.‘s option, without charge for parts and labor, or replacement and return postage/freight by the most economical method (usually, ground service). All other expenses are to be paid by the purchaser. Wultrad, Inc.’s obligation under this warranty is strictly and exclusively limited to the repair or replacement merchandise that fails to conform to this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear, or damage caused by accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse, improper installation, excessive vibration, rough handling or improper care and transportation. The cost of normal maintenance or replacement of parts, which are not defective, shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Warranty is invalid when the instrument is opened, modified; missing the original label or the warranty seal has been broken.
The
defective instrument must be well packed and mailed/shipped with postage /
freight prepaid to Wultrad, Inc. and received by Wultrad, Inc. no later than 370
days after the date of purchase. The defective instrument must be accompanied by
written description that identifies the defect.
There
are no express warranties other than this limited warranty. In no other event
shall any implied warranties (oral or written) including merchantability and
fitness for a particular fitness for a particular purpose, extend beyond the
duration of the express warranty contained herein. In no event shall Wultrad,
Inc. be liable for accidental, consequential, or special damages.
Please
check the package carefully upon receiving. If the instrument is damaged during
transportation, please notify the freight carrier and your retailer immediately
for a claim. Please do not send the damaged item to Wultrad, Inc. claiming
warranty service. It will only delay your valid claim time.
Used
instruments can only be repaired or replaced; no cash or credit refunds will be
given.
All
out of warranty repairs would be at charge.
Faulty Instrument Shipping
Procedures:
1. Fill out Service Request Form
2.
Attach a copy of original receipt
3.
Pack the faulty instrument sufficiently.
4.
Ship to: WULTRAD,
INC., 950 Rand Road # 119, Wauconda, IL. 60084, U.S.A.
5.
Insure with the carrier.
NOTE:
Please send the faulty instrument directly to Wultrad, Inc., not to your
retailer.
In
as much as Wultrad, Inc. has no opportunity to supervise the manufacture,
installation or maintenance of the parts supplied by it, nor any opportunity to
participate in the design or manufacture of the various homebuilt aircraft in
which its parts are utilized, the purchaser by using this part and accepting
said merchandise from Wultrad, Inc. agrees that all material purchased will be
used solely at purchaser’s risk and that purchaser will indemnify and hold
Wultrad, Inc., its owners and employees free and harmless from all loss,
liability or damage resulting from claims brought by reasons of any alleged
failure or defect of any part or parts supplied by Wultrad, Inc.
